Negotiating for Success - Fundamentals from the Harvard Program on Negotiation


1.  Engagement

Thank you for your interest in Negotiating for Success. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree that the placement of an order, together with these Terms and Conditions, forms a contract between you and Process Improvement Japan Pty Ltd.

2. Time and Place

Your payment for Negotiating for Success entitles you to:

(a) Attend the location during the program hours; and

(b) To receive a copy of the materials.

2.1 Process Improvement Japan Pty Ltd may change the hours, the dates and/or the location of the course for any reason by notifying you in writing of the change and detailing substitute course hours, dates and/or location and:

(a) You shall have the option of either accepting the new course date or choosing an alternate course date from the course calendar at no extra charge.

3 . Payment

Full payment must be made in order to register your place in the course.

4. Cancellation Rights

Note that there is no cooling off period after placing an order. If, at any time or for whatever reason, you decide you do not wish to attend the course, you will not be eligible for a refund of any monies you have paid to us under this agreement.  However, you may transfer your registration to another person. You will only be able to transfer the registration once.

5. Transferring tickets

(a) In the event you are unable to attend Negotiating for Success, you can transfer your ticket to the next course date at least 15 days before the course start date at no additional expense. You will only be able to transfer the ticket once.  You can change the name on the ticket.

6. Multiple or Group Ticket Purchases:

(a) If you have registered more than one person then your guest details must be supplied to Process Improvement Japan Pty Ltd at least 15 days prior to the course start date. 

7. Complimentary tickets  

Complimentary tickets to any course, including those issued as bonuses as part of your purchase, may be transferred to another person.

8. Refunds

Process Improvement Japan Pty Ltd may cancel the course for any reason by written notice to you. Process Improvement Japan Pty Ltd will also refund you the course fees you have paid to us within 10 days of giving you notice of cancellation. We shall have no further liability to you in respect of the cancellation.

9. Force Majeure 

If the course as contemplated by this Agreement is prevented or cancelled because of an act of God, an inevitable accident, fire, blackout, flood or any other calamity, or if by reason of strikes, or lockouts, or any other events beyond the direct control of both parties, then Process Improvement Japan Pty Ltd may at its option either postpone the course or cancel and issue a full refund.

General 
10. All notices or other communications must be made to training@process-improvement-japan.com

11. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any prior arrangements, agreement, representations or undertakings are superseded.

12. All course content is in English, should you require translation, please email training@process-improvement-japan.com for costs and translation options. For courses conducted in Japan, an interpreter will be available at no additional expense.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

13.  To respect the privacy of others, course participants agree to keep confidential any personal information shared during the course by other attendees.
