Lean Construction is a global shift in thinking about how the construction industry can improve and become more efficient. Kozo Sakano and I had the opportunity to visit Toyota Homes – Toyota Motor Corporation`s home construction company in Japan. We gained some great insights and practical strategies on how lean manufacturing concepts can be applied to the construction industry.
